Every September, the UA Cossatot Foundation hosts its Annual Scholarship Luncheon to celebrate the generosity of our scholarship donors and recognize the achievements of our student recipients. Through the support of generous donors, community members, and institutional partners, more than 36 annual Foundation and institutional scholarships award over $100,000 in funding each year. This special event is an opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude, connect donors with the students whose lives they impact, and honor the hard work and dedication of our scholarship recipients.

Fiesta Fest is an annual cultural celebration that brings together the diverse communities of Sevier County through music, dance, art, food, and family-friendly activities. Hosted by the UA Cossatot Foundation and Center for Student Success, the festival showcases both traditional hertiage and modern creativity while fostering community connection and cultural appreciation.

More than a festival, Fiesta Fest serves as a scholarship fundrasier that directly supports local students. Throught the generousity of attendees, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers, Fiesta Fest has helped provide thousands of dollars in scholarships to students, including many who are not eligible for Pell Grant assistance. By reducing financial barriers and expanding educational opportunities, the festival continues to make a lasting impact on student success and the future of our community.
