The UA Cossatot women's basketball team evened their record at 2-2 with a 64-47 victory in Marshall, TX Tuesday night. UAC held a slim 43-42 lead heading into the final quarter and outscored the Lady Tigers 21-5 down the stretch to earn their second win over ETBU in as many weeks. Mikayla Scott led the Lady Colts with 15 points, all from beyond the three point line. Khuyler Hardy had 13 and Kayla Fuller tossed in 10.

Athletic Director and Head Coach Robert Byrd said, “It is tough playing a team twice within 7 days and that showed tonight. It was good to see our players buckle down in the 4th quarter to get the job done.”

The next time out for the Lady Colts will be this Thursday, November 11, when UAC hosts Southwestern Christian College. Tipoff is set for 5 pm at the Historic Bank of Lockesburg Gymnasium.
