In 2020, UA Cossatot received $387,631 in Emergency Financial Aid Grants for its students. For the spring 2020 semester, UA Cossatot distributed $500 to eligible students who submitted a CARES Act application and met the requirements of UA Cossatot and the U.S. Department of Education. Total awards for spring 2020 were $165,500.

For the Fall 2020 semester, UA Cossatot distributed $500 to eligible students who submitted a CARES Act application and met the requirements of UA Cossatot and the U.S. Department of Education. Total awards for fall 2020 were $144,500.

In 2021, UA Cossatot has received $387,631 in Emergency Financial Aid Grants for its students. For the Spring 2021 term, UA Cossatot distributed  $500 to eligible students who were enrolled in 9 credit hours or more and $250 if students were enrolled in 3 to 8 credit hours and who submitted a Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II (HEERF II) application and met the requirements of UA Cossatot and the U.S. Department of Education.

For the Summer 2021 semester, UA Cossatot plans to distribute a minimum of $1,000 to eligible students who submit a Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II  (HEERF II ) application and meet the requirements of UA Cossatot and the U.S. Department of Education. For the Fall 2021 semester, UA Cossatot plans to distribute a minimum of $1,000 to eligible students who submit a Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund II (HEERF II ) application and meet the requirements of UA Cossatot and the U.S. Department of Education.

HEERF II  Institutional Funds will be used to make up any difference between what is being disbursed and the amount received for Emergency Financial Aid Grants.

UA Cossatot Emergency Financial Aid Grant applications for summer will be made available on the first day of summer classes, Tuesday, June 1. It will be emailed to student emails and letters will be mailed to non credit students.
